You may be sitting on your couch right now thinking, “Why did I purchase 124 rolls of toilet paper and 700 water bottles?” You may be among the group of panic buyers that rushed to the grocery store at first word of Rudy Gobert's Covid-19 test results. Regardless of whether or not you fall into the category of a “panic buyer”, you’re probably bored of staying inside, and you probably have things like water bottles, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.
We are all struggling with the fact that we are not supposed to leave our homes and that everything fun or entertaining has been canceled/postponed. We are all wishing that we could go back to the good ol’ days when we could walk down to our local grocery stores and buy toilet paper because we needed it. The days when there were concerts, festivals, conferences, trips, and eating inside restaurants were regular occurrences. We are in some confusing times and a lot of you are probably finding that you have more time on your hands than you know what to do with. If you’re anything like me, you open the Facebook app on your phone about 7 times an hour only to see the same posts as the last 6 times you checked.
So, for the first time in maybe your entire life, you have a surplus of time, toilet paper, and water bottles and nowhere to go. Let’s kill some time! Grab your kids, your family, your friends, and whoever you know (as long as it’s under 10 people) and let’s bowl!
Things you need:
10 water bottles
2-3 rolls of toilet paper
2+ people
How to play:
- Set up 10 water bottles like bowling pins
- Measure 20-30 steps back
- Take a roll of toilet paper
- Roll it at the pins to try and know down as many as you can. Each player has 2 tries to knock down all 10 water bottles
- For simplicity play “First player to 100”
\tWe at the GetOutPass hope you and your families are well and staying safe and healthy during this time. We love to have fun and unfortunately a lot of our venue partners, like bowling alleys, are closed until further notice. Keep making your own fun and creating memories with your families and we will be out of this soon (we hope)!
